Villa_STR_10 is a fully equipped villa with a private pool located on the island of Hvar. The villa and the entire estate are located between the town of Stari Grad and the Vrbos Hill, offering unforgettable views of the imperishable nature of the UNESCO-protected old town of Ager. The beautiful Oskoruš ika Bay is located near the property, providing a retreat away from the eyes. The whole area, together with the villa, covers an area of 8,500 square metres, enriched with olive herbs, fruits and vegetables, immortelle, lavender, rosemary, olives, lemon, pomegranate and artichoke.
There are no roads or neighbours near the villa that could usurp your privacy and peace of mind. The absence of city noise will be replaced by the rooster’s crows and the scent of wildlife. The specificity of this property is that you are in private accommodation and yet only a five-minute drive to the city’s Old Town and Vrboska. The popular town of Hvar is just a 20-minute drive away.
The property has a central house of approximately 120 m2 and three smaller houses of 76 m2 with a 28 m2 swimming pool in the quarter. The central house consists of a basement, a ground floor and an attic. On the ground floor of the central part there is a large kitchen with a bar, a dining room for 8-14 guests and a living room with a fireplace. There are also two bedrooms with a bathroom on the ground floor. On the top floor there are two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
The first house of the block has a fireplace fireplace, a barbecue and bread oven, a dining room and a summer kitchen. The second house has technical rooms and an attic with a bathroom for the maintenance staff. The third house is a huge room with a toilet and bathroom.
All fruits and vegetables planted on the farm are free for consumption.
The villa staff can arrange free transport from the airport to the ferry port, a seaplane or speedboat ride. The friendly hosts will also offer (additional payment options) adrenaline rush, entertainment, cultural and recreational activities, or perhaps massage and spa treatments.
