This luxurious holiday villa for rent was built in 1912 and completely renovated in 2014. It occupies an area of 360 m², with the villa itself covering 240 m². The house is surrounded by a charming garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area.

At the back of the villa, you can enjoy preparing Dalmatian cuisine on the outdoor fireplace. In this part of the estate, in addition to the outdoor grill, there is an open-air dining area in the shade, allowing for a pleasant stay outdoors even on the hottest summer days, as well as a guest toilet.
From the beautiful garden, you enter the central hallway area on the ground floor of the rental villa – the so-called Saloca. To the left of this room is the living room, decorated in a romantic style with paintings and furniture that create an idyllic atmosphere.
All rooms are interconnected. The living and dining rooms are located on the southern side, while the kitchen is on the northern side of the house. All areas have access to the garden and beautiful stone terraces. The kitchen opens to the northern part of the garden, where the barbecue and outdoor dining area are located.
Also on the ground floor, there is a newly built spacious bathroom with designer elements and underfloor heating, a storage room with a washing machine, and a pantry.
Stone stairs lead to the first floor of this beachfront villa. This area is designed for sleeping and relaxing in a Mediterranean atmosphere. There are 4 bedrooms on this floor.
Outside these rooms, you’ll find a small and pleasant living room that opens onto a balcony with a beautiful wrought iron railing. The balcony offers a view of the stunning blue sea and a garden filled with palm trees and bougainvillea. Two bedrooms feature double beds, while the other two have twin beds.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, an LCD TV with satellite channels, wireless internet access, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, a stove and oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a juicer.
A baby crib and high chair are also available upon request. There are two private parking spaces for guests 300 meters from the villa, near the beach, and there is also free public parking 50 meters from the villa.
The villa is located just 5 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the center of Orebić.
