The villa is located just 10 meters from the sea, featuring a rustic Mediterranean style with a touch of Provence. It spans 1,900 m² of space and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, ideally for 10. Built over two floors, the villa offers beautifully decorated interiors and a picturesque exterior, where you will undoubtedly have the chance to relax and enjoy seclusion with friends or family. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Guests have access to 5 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, and 2 bathrooms with showers. The villa also includes 3 additional standard bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. From every bedroom and terrace, you’ll enjoy a view of the endless Adriatic Sea.
If you need additional space, you can use 2 extra beds (160×200). If you’re traveling with children, a high chair and baby crib are also available.
On the first floor of the villa, you’ll find a modern kitchen with access to the open terrace, a dining area with a table for 10 guests, and a comfortable living room that opens onto the outdoor loggia, terrace, and pool. If you’re an active vacationer, the first floor features a gym with a sauna for 4-5 people, a shower, and a toilet. For those seeking romantic summer evenings, there is also an outdoor jacuzzi for 4 people with a sun terrace.
On the second floor, you’ll find another living room, dining area, kitchen with a sea view, as well as a terrace and loggia.
The open luxurious pool, covering 54 m² with an infinity edge, will be the perfect spot for daytime or nighttime relaxation and a break from the hot summer days. It has 8-10 sun loungers. You can also enjoy the outdoor electric grill, where you can prepare delicious traditional dishes and try them at the outdoor dining table.
The youngest guests will be entertained playing table tennis or PlayStation, cycling in the open courtyard, or watching children’s content on digital TV. For literature lovers, there are books available in a glass cabinet in the large living room, which also features a romantic fireplace that creates a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by soothing greenery, tall trees, and a landscaped garden.
