Stairs lead down to a private sea entrance and a dock for a small boat.
Each apartment of this villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table for 4, and a living room with sofas, LCD/SAT TV, and access to the terrace. Each apartment has one bathroom and two bedrooms. In total, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens.
It is ideal for comfortably accommodating 8 guests.
Guests can enjoy a small private beach with steps leading into the sea and a boat dock. In front of the villa, there is a terrace with a pool, sun loungers, and a stunning view of the blue Adriatic Sea. Guests can also use the barbecue and outdoor dining table.
The villa features 2 fully equipped kitchens with a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Parking is also available on the property. Due to its exceptional location that ensures maximum privacy, the villa is beyond the reach of local infrastructure. Therefore, there is no municipal electricity, and the house is powered by a generator. This means there is sufficient energy to run household appliances, but not for air conditioning.
The distance to the sea is 1 meter, and the distance to the center of Blato is 9 kilometers.
