The luxurious villa has 270 m² of living space and is located on a 300 m² land area. The villa consists of 3 floors: ground, first and attic. The villa has a spacious terrace with a hot tub, outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor dining table.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a massive dining table for 12 people, a living room with an LCD TV and 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Next to the barbecue, there is also an outdoor dining table from which you can enjoy an unrealistic view of the famous Fortica or, as the locals call it, Spagnola. On this floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. An additional touch of luxury is present in the original chandeliers made of Venetian Murano glass. There is one bedroom on this floor with a double bed and a TV. This room also has access to an outdoor terrace, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. There is an additional toilet on this floor.
There are two luxurious bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, an additional fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. It is decorated with a designer vase made of famous Murano glass. The room also has a private terrace with a seating area. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The attic of the villa is also connected by an internal staircase and has two more bedrooms. One room is equipped with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. The last bedroom has 4 single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The harmonious combination of colours will provide you with an even more beautiful and enjoyable holiday in a luxury villa. Two folding beds can be added and used as comfortable accommodation for two people.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer. A feeder and cot are available for guests arriving with children.
The sea is 350 m away and the centre of Hvar is 200 m away.
