The information sheet always includes the address and geolocation to make it as easy as possible to reach the villa by car.
Check-in takes place directly at the villa. The exact location of the villa and the remaining contact details will be provided only after the booking has been confirmed and fully paid.
The villa is available for check-in no earlier than 16:00, unless otherwise specified by the owner, as time is needed to ensure the villa is clean and ready for the next guests. In any case, you are welcome to leave your belongings at the villa while waiting for check-in.
After check-in, you will receive the keys and additional information regarding your stay and the use of the villa’s amenities.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00. You are required to return the keys to the owner.
If you need to leave the villa earlier, please inform us in advance.
You will greatly simplify the check-in process if you contact the owner in advance by phone or through messaging apps.
The villa owners always request a deposit before your check-in to guarantee coverage of any additional cleaning costs or as compensation for damage to the villa’s amenities or interior elements. The deposit amount in your case is ________ EUR.
To avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to immediately inform the owner about any damages to the amenities or interior elements as soon as you notice them. It is best to conduct a room inspection together with the owner or their representative during check-in.

Mass events and loud parties are prohibited at the villas.
If you need to invite a large number of guests (more than four people), you must agree on this with the villa owner and obtain their permission.
Not all villas are happy to accommodate pets, and some owners are strictly against allowing animals. These matters should be agreed upon during the booking process, as they are an important factor in confirming or canceling your reservation.
In most countries, there is a ban on playing loud music or watching television after 22:00. Please keep this in mind, as it can be difficult to know how your neighbors are feeling or whether they’ve had a tough day.
Cleaning at the villa is provided only before your arrival and after your check-out. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this service will be available for an extra fee.
