The villa is located 150 meters from the sea and the beach, 5 km from the center of Omiš, and 30 km from the center of Split.
The Dalmatian villa is located on a 300 m² plot with a total living area of 300 m². The villa is divided into three floors and consists of 3 apartments, but it can only be rented as a whole. The living area of the first apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a game room, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, and on the second floor, two more bedrooms, all with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, as well as 2 additional kitchenettes and 2 living rooms. The ground and first floors are connected by internal stairs, while the first and second floors are connected by external stairs.
Guests of this house have access to private parking spaces. The villa has 4 bedrooms and is suitable for comfortable accommodation of up to 8 people.
Upon arriving at this luxurious villa, we ascend the stairs to a spacious open terrace featuring a heated infinity pool (dimensions: 7×6 m, depth: 1.5 m). Guests can enjoy a covered outdoor dining table for 8 people and a wood-fired grill. Through the sliding wall, we enter the first floor of the holiday villa, where the first apartment is located. It consists of a living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a spacious dining table, an LCD TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower and a game room with table football and darts.
On the first floor, there are two carefully decorated bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with showers. All rooms are equipped with LCD TVs and have access to a shared terrace with a coffee table and chairs. On this terrace, guests can also enjoy a Jacuzzi for maximum relaxation during their vacation. Two sun loungers are also available for sunbathing.
An external staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where the other two apartments are located, each with its own entrance. Each apartment features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. The bedrooms open onto a balcony with chairs, offering an incredibly beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers wireless internet access. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay: stove, coffee maker, toaster, oven, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. For guests with children, a high chair and a baby cot are provided. The holiday home also features a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Parking is available on the villa’s premises.
