Located right on the coast in the centre of Medulin, this cosy house is the perfect place for a family holiday without the need for a car. The beach is only 150 metres away and all the necessary amenities – shops, restaurants, cultural events – are very close by. There is a small marina right in front of the house.
The 195 m² house can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has four bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned, comfortable and bright. There are two covered terraces with sea views on the top floor, and a cosy shaded terrace on the ground floor, ideal for dining in the heat.
On the 650 m² plot there is a private swimming pool (26 m²), a barbecue area, a children’s playground with swings, a slide and a football goal. Parking for three cars is under cover. The house is built of stone, insulated and suitable for living all year round.
