The windows offer panoramic sea views, and the terrace has its own barbecue area and lounge for al fresco dining. The pool and relaxation area provide complete privacy, and the beach can be accessed directly via a private descent with individual sun loungers and umbrellas.

The villa is equipped with modern appliances: washing machine and dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace for comfort in any season, air conditioning, TVs in all rooms, kettles, full set of towels and bed linen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which provides maximum privacy and comfort.

The nearest is Paralia Nea Potidea, just 2.3 km away, where you will find golden sand and clear waters. A little further away, around 3-4 km away, are the beaches of Nea Moudania, Portes Agiou Mama and Portarias, each with its own character, from the organized to the more secluded. If you are willing to venture a little further, 7 km away is the peaceful and picturesque beach of Agios Mamas, ideal for a secluded holiday by the sea.
